My New Goal

dun, dun, da-dun....Make each day a NOTEWORTHY day! Not really sure how to accomplish this, but I was sitting here tonight listing all the things that need to get done, yet realizing how much time I can spend doing nothing at all really.

--DISCLAIMER: CARING FOR CHILDREN DOES COUNT AS DOING SOMETHING, (But it's not a feel-good-because-I-checked-a-task-off-my-list something)--

Anyway, doing something noteworthy to me means things like cooking a nice dinner, or mailing a card to a friend, or getting down on the floor and giggling my head off with my boys, or organizing a shelf, or making the dreaded calls on my to-do list, or taking the kids to the park or for a walk. Basically anything that is more than being on the computer, watching tv with the kids, reading a book (although that's better than being on the computer), or just the mundane tasks involved with caring for two active boys.

So, to bore whatever readers I may have out there, I'm going to start posting at the end of the day just what it was that made that day NOTEWORTHY. Now, you may not always agree with my judgement, but I guess that's what makes us all in this world different. What may be hard for me may be easy for you and vise versa.

Today's NOTEWORTHY accomplishment: Setting this goal and actually putting it in writing by posting it for the world to see.
